A Walk In My Forest leads through landscapes of identity, neurodiversity, and acceptance. Raw, honest and vulnerable, it tells stories of grief and self-doubt, internalised ableism, the echoes of childhood memories and the storms of adulthood revelations. Each chapter reveals layers of emotion and insight to the authors experience as a late – diagnosed autistic. It is a testament to self compassion and self-love. It aims to inspire others to embrace their own unique journey and find solace in the forest of their own minds.
