Read my journey starting as an enthusiastic runner, to
suffering from pain in my Achilles tendons, to finding a way out of
my chronic pain. For me, the best healing method was practicing
Bowspring. My journey had ups and downs, funny misunderstandings,
but it was mostly full of wonderful encounters. I found an
alignment pattern that I could apply to all other activities; even
to something as static as sitting. Come with me on this journey
