It felt like a dream, but it was real. Andrew had just dragged me out of his home with all my belongings. At that moment, the weight of the silence seemed to suffocate the air, as if time itself held its breath. It felt like a cruel twist of fate, as Andrew, the man who once painted a future of love and commitment, suddenly transformed into a stranger filled with cold indifference. The promises he made, the love he professed, and the dreams of a shared life together now seemed like fragments of a shattered illusion. As he callously cast me aside, the tears that welled in my eyes mirrored the pain and confusion that engulfed my soul.
Tried to talk to Andrew and ask him why he was doing this, after sacrificing my entire life to be with him. Ignoring the warnings of my friends, so deep was my love for him. But now, he seemed determined to cast me out onto the streets. As he yelled at me and slapped me, tears streamed down my face. I asked him, “Why are you doing this, babe?” He looked into my eyes and said, “Don’t you see that I don’t love you anymore, Siera? “
My name is Siera. I met Andrew during my first year of university. I can still vividly remember the day when our paths crossed in the library. I was engrossed in a book, when I noticed a tall, brown-haired guy making his way towards me. His mesmerizing black eyes and impeccably styled black hair added an air of mystery to his presence. He smirked at me and made me blush. Finally, he reached my spot and extended his hand, introducing himself as Andrew. His charming demeanor and the way he called me “princess” instantly made my heart skip a beat. He asked for my name and couldn’t help but blush even more as I replied, “You can call me Siera.” He complimented me, by saying that I looked as beautiful as my name. Andrew’s words sounded so sweet. We had a long chat and I found him so funny, he made me so happy. He offered to escort me back to my hostel.
I had a roommate named Chloe. Chloe had a different personality from mine. She was more extroverted, while I was shy and reserved. As I walked with Andrew towards the hostel, I noticed Chloe peeping through the window, observing my every move. I thanked Andrew for accompanying me. He stood there, gazing at me as I entered my hostel. I entered my room and encountered Chloe’s cold stare.
